"You made it perfectly clear I was no longer wanted in your bed. One time deal, remember?” What the fuck does she want from me?

“Yes, I said one time, but I thought you would stay with me for the whole night.”
His eyes went wide with disbelief, even as he wanted to scoop her up and make love to her again. She was so damn confusing he didn’t know whether to scratch his watch or wind his ass. She truly contradicted all logic and he thought he was stupid. “So let me get this straight, you only want one night with me, but you want to sleep together, too and then call it quits?"

A Book Recommendation, Written By ER Pierce

Blurb:Aurelia Fridell will always be a freak. Born to werewolf parents, her twin brother Ville can shift forms, but she can't. Twenty-five years searching for answers yields nothing.

As her thirtieth birthday approaches, isolation creeps in, and worry settles in her gut. She accepted her existence long ago, and yet lately, she's felt off-kilter. Eyes follow her, prickling her senses. Her headaches are getting worse.

Is she paranoid, or is there really someone, or something, stalking her? Watching. Waiting. Drumming fingers to a sinister beat she can't hear.

Time will tell.

Ceithin Starkley isn't looking for a mate. Especially now. In fact, he doesn't believe in true-matings at all. While he is being recruited for a new job, a scent on the wind stuns him, and he finds himself fighting an inner battle he never wanted, yet can't ignore.

Sparks fly, as Ceithin and Aurelia fight fate and race against a clock neither knows is ticking.

Will he claim Aurelia before he loses her for good?

Warning: This book is sexy. Contains a drool-worthy Alpha male wearing Beta clothing. A sassy and sweet heroine with brains and brothers you'll adore. A best friend every girl would love to hate. I mean have. And an impossible road no one will see coming

Excerpt:

When I arrived at the house of my childhood, there was a now familiar car parked in front of the porch. I pulled Sheila up behind the Challenger and revved the engine while I sorted out what was going on. This couldn't be a coincidence, and I admonished myself for not seeing it sooner. New recruit in the area for dinner... met a new wolf at Astrid's... I should have known it would be the gorgeous man from this morning. I shut off Sheila, opened her door and put my heels down on the asphalt. Astrid loved my come fuck me heels--she picked them out of course. Suddenly I was very happy I decided to dress up tonight.
I walked up to the front door, and let myself in. Immediately I heard laughter coming from the parlor to the right. I stopped and hung my coat up, steeled my spine, and walked into the room. His scent hit me first, like a punch to the gut, and I couldn't stop the tremor of anticipation fluttering around my stomach.
My mom and dad were seated together on the small loveseat. And sitting across from them in all his gorgeous glory, was the man whose name I didn't yet know, looking dapper in black slacks, black leather boots, and a button down red shirt. He sat relaxed with one arm thrown over the back of another loveseat, but when he saw me in the doorway, he immediately straightened up and moved to the edge of the seat. "Shit" I heard him mutter, which caused my parents to look between us.
When I would have said something, I heard the click, click, click of heels. From the door at the end of the room, a gorgeous woman walked in, strode towards the seat next to him and sat down, placing one hand on his thigh. Her blonde hair perfectly styled, she looked like a model right out of Maxim. Her short-sheath dress hugged her body like a glove.
"Fuck me," I breathed out on a sigh. It was going to be a long night.

“I’ll show you mine, if you show me yours. No. I dare you.”  Jevin knew Collin hated dares. He knew if he dared him he’d do it just to prove his point. Jevin was all too excited to see Collin’s point. He had been since he started working for the firm.
“We’re at a dinner party. Can’t this wait?” Collin tried getting up, but Jevin held firm.
“No I’ve waited long enough. When you passed me the note saying ‘this is your written invitation’, I knew it had to be tonight.”
“Okay.” Collin unzipped his pants and revealed his erection.

He bent down, taking her mouth in another dominating kiss. A-curl-your-toes-and-leave-you-breathless kind of kiss. Their tongues danced in a sensual duel. If nothing else, the man can kiss.

“I’m Kyle, by the way. I didn’t know if you remembered from the other day, I think you were still out when I told you my name.”

“Say it again. I want to hear you say the words.” Jessie’s hand was poised right above her clit, waiting for her favorite sentence. It wouldn’t take but a second for her to explode into orgasm.
“Ah, sugar, be patient. I’ll get you off.”  He moaned deep and low.
“Are you getting there? Can I suck your cock, baby? I’d lick you and drive you wild, Chad.” His breathing changed. She heard the sound of lube, squishing through his hand as he jerked off.
“Sonofabitch that feels so damn good!” he grunted. “Here’s the words, babe. Two fifty a minute.”

“No! Dammit! This isn’t happening.” The intense buzz of her vibrator had diminished to a slow click, click, click, and then nothing. Laine threw herself back on her pillow. The ceiling fan cooled the fine sheen of sweat covering her body.
